Pét Project 2021 Pét-Nat Orange Cuvée Sparkling (Washington)

This is a blend of Muscat Ottonel (nearly two thirds), Pinot Gris (33.5%) and a splash of Riesling. Vibrant, varied aromas of satsuma, pear, grapefruit, lime and ginger lead to a dry, lithe, lightly fizzy palate. Put some more bubbles on it and it moves up. As is, it offers undeniable appeal.
