A nicely balanced Shiraz, with restrained mint, chocolate and cedar aromas layered over dark, plummy fruit. Turns a bit tart and tangy on the finish, but overall shows a solid degree of elegance and finesse. Evolving much as predicted in our earlier review (12/15/06). Drink now–2015. Joe Czerwinski
