Phelps Creek 2020 Fleur de Roy Rosé of Pinot Noir (Columbia Gorge (OR))

Quite dry and tart, this is a peppery little devil, with touches of wild strawberries. There's a pleasant citrus streak—a mix of lime and grapefruit—with good persistence and a cleansing, refreshing finish. It's two-thirds Pommard, one-third Dijon 777, all done in stainless. Paul Gregutt
