While the softer scent of green Conference pears wraps around the nose, the palate also takes in subtle earth and adds pliable, almost soft notes of apricot and yellow plum to a stony, poised and statuesque background. This is lovely and fresh now but sure to develop. Drink anytime now until 2019.
