Pichler-Krutzler 2015 Kellerberg Riesling (Wachau)

Stone flint and smoke join a lovely combination of superripe orange and juicy mandarin. The palate focuses even more on these luscious juicy citrus flavors. It gets direction from gentle but definite lemon freshness. With a little air, an earthier aspect grounds this beautifully and gives a three-dimensional picture of aroma, flavor and texture with immense and intense length. Anne Krebiehl MW
