Pierre Sparr 2003 Reserve Riesling (Alsace)

Shows plenty of ripe apple and citrus fruit on the nose, then adds a bit of diesel fuel to the mix on the palate. Medium in body, with a crisp, lime-laden finish that's more focused and refreshing than Sparr's regular Riesling bottling. Joe Czerwinski
