Pietra Santa 2007 Pinot Noir (Cienega Valley)

What a pleasure it was to discover this Pinot from Pietra Santa, which has struggled in the past with Pinot Noir. Rich in cherries, mocha, licorice and cedar flavors, it's dry and balanced with firm tannins and crisp acidity, but always maintains its silkiness.
