Classic Nebbiolo aromas of new leather, dark spice, wild berry and blue flower combine with an intriguing whiff of smoke on this compelling wine. Delicious and structured, the elegant full-bodied palate delivers mature Marasca cherry, raspberry compote, licorice and pipe tobacco framed in taut fine-grained tannins. Fresh acidity will keep this going for years if not decades. It's already extremely tempting but hold onto it for even more complexity. Drink 2021–2033.
