This Bordeaux-style blend is 50% Cabernet Sauvignon, 25% Merlot and 25% Cabernet Franc. It's on the rough and rustic side, showing ample stem and herbal flavors. Tannins are stiff and carry the impression that they did not achieve optimal ripeness.
