Laurence Féraud NV Plan Pégau Red (Vin de France)

This bottling is a blend comprised of wines from the 2011–2013 vintages, hence the nonvintage Vin de France labeling. Aromas of leather, clove and cinnamon come with a hint of adhesive bandage. The tannins are firm, so pair this with rare beef or lamb to bring forward the long, mouthwatering finish. Joe Czerwinski
