Cherries and plums are followed by tar and eucalyptus on the nose of this Sicilian red. The palate has even deeper, denser cherry notes that then turn to blueberry and wild fennel, like a slice of blueberry pie with an anise-forward Amaro. Tannins and acid are balanced and friendly.
