Plantagenet's entry-level Shiraz is a medium-bodied, supple wine with attractive aromas of grilled meat and berry. The flavors build on that base, adding hints of coffee and asphalt before finishing long, warm and chocolaty. Drink it over the next few years. Joe Czerwinski
