This is Pol Roger's absolutely bone-dry Champagne. It is an exhilarating wine, pure by name and by its crisp citrus fruit and tight texture. It does have some of the typical weight of Pol Roger Champagnes, but with an edge. Let it breathe in the glass for a few moments, which will bring out some extra richness.
