Ponzi 2013 Tavola Pinot Noir (Willamette Valley)

Ponzi's every day, go-to Pinot is sourced from vineyards in the Dundee Hills, Yamhill-Carlton and Eola Hills AVAs. In this challenging vintage it's light, grapy and pretty, with pale cherry fruit and hints of barrel toast and coffee. It's not a big wine, nor a wine to age, rather to drink on a warm spring day and enjoy it for its simplicity and elegance. Paul Gregutt
