Ponzi 2015 Abetina Pinot Noir (Chehalem Mountains)

A smooth entry is focused on red and blue berries and plums, with a whiff of sweet tobacco and a vein of chocolate. There's a stiff edge to the tannins, and overall this seems a bit lighter, less concentrated, than in past vintages. Paul Gregutt
