Brewed with no less than five hop varieties, including Amarillo, Cascade, Cantennial, Simcoe and Summitt, this is a hop forward but not in-your-face West Coast-style IPA. It's smooth, refreshing and well-balanced, with enticing aromas and flavors of bitter orange, fresh grapefruit supremes, pineapple core and fresh pine needles. Notes of citrus peel and whole hop flowers spice up the toasted malt core, while medium carbonation keeps the creamy mouthfeel bright and lively. A subtle bitterness lingers on the dry finish.
