Deep, with a zesty nose that's a bit sharp. Flavors of cherry, cassis and toast are round and ripe, as are the tannins and finish. For a Casablanca red, one that mixes Carmenère with Merlot and Cabernet, it's on the spot. Best Primus to date? Michael Schachner
