A well-made Cab Franc with typical characteristics of the varietal—green pepper, tobacco and ash, along with solid red fruit aromas and flavors of plum and strawberry. Lean but satisfying in the mouth with soft, dusty tannins and a medium-length finish; drinkable now but would also be fine with a little more time in the cellar.
