Pulchella 2016 Rogue Rosé of Tannat (Paso Robles)

An interesting shade of mauve, this bottling, which is one of the first ever seen in the region based on Tannat, shows red cherry and ginger spice on the nose. There is a decent sizzle of acidity to the sip, with red plum skin and exotic Asian spice flavors. Matt Kettmann
