You can smell a hint of ginger spice in the bouquet of this wine, presumably from the splash of Gewürz in this Chenin- and Chardonnay-dominant blend. Otherwise, notes of yellow peach, toasted brioche and ripe melon abound, with a good acidic lift to the close to keep things fresh.
