Pyramid Valley 2019 Chardonnay (North Canterbury)

Give this a little time in glass to open. Once it does, it exudes ripe lemon, melon and cream. The palate is medium in weight with a creamy texture. Here, the cool climate reflects via the bright, lemon, mouthwatering acidity, which proves a lovely counterbalance to the fruit ripeness. There's long, tangy finish, the freshness begging another sip. Christina Pickard
