This field blend has been oak fermented and aged, giving a wine that is rich while keeping a corner of freshness from the high-altitude vineyard at 1,300-feet. Named after the small village of Martim, the wine has layers of tangy flavors combined with toast and strong minerality. It's a wine for aging, so don't drink before 2021. Roger Voss
