Quintana 2000 Cabernet Sauvignon (North Coast)

Lots of richness in this pretty red table wine. It's dry and complex, with true varietal flavors of blackcurrants and herbs, and a good overlay of spicy, toasty oak. Tannins are melted, with supportive acids, and the finish is dry and flavorful. —S.H.
