Qutori 2017 Estate Pinot Noir (West Elks)

Vanilla and cedar aromas coalesce with tart cherry, raspberry, mint and Mahogany tones on the nose. On the palate, flavors of cherry and red apple surge forward, while vanilla and cinnamon tones arise. The fruit remains juicy, creating a contrast of bright and moody that don't quite find its footing. The dusty tannins and weaving acidity are similarly disconnected. Fiona Adams
