Black-fruit aromas are accompanied by rooty notes of cool earth. In the mouth, this is wiry and acidic in a tartaric way. Black-fruit flavors are suggestive of prune and raisin, while this is full but choppy on the finish. This is 61% Merlot, 35% Cabernet Sauvignon and 4% Cab Franc.
