Rancho Victoria 2016 Primitivo (Amador County)

This mature and complex wine boasts mellow cedar and spice aromas and warm, rich flavors of mulled plums, tobacco and balsam. Aged in 80% new American oak barrels for 18 months, it has a broad mouthcoating texture, melted tannins and a lingering finish of baking spices. Jim Gordon
