Rancho Zabaco 2002 Sauvignon Blanc (Russian River Valley)

A great evocation of a grassy, gooseberry, limey wine, with a high acidity that cleanses the palate. Subtler notes of fig and cream soften it, but this is still a dry, tart wine.
