This is a deliiously yeasty number with penetrating aromas of nuts, sundried hay and pithy citrus. In the mouth, it's quite rich and yeasty, but also layered. Flavors of saline water, apple, citrus fruits and stalky notes finish yeasty but also with a pleasantly bitter tinge.
