This complex, cool-climate Chardonnay is briny, gamey and floral all at the same time. Layered in crisp flavors of lime, fennel and Mandarin orange, it's almost crisp enough to get to grapefruit rind. Still, there's a lush creaminess to the palate that drinks easily and an exiting tanginess to the finish.
