Made from 79% Cabernet Sauvignon and 21% Merlot, this was aged in French oak, all new, for almost two years. This is a leathery and savory wine, the tannins soft and firm and the nose perfumed in wild cassis and coconut. On the finish is a sensation of burnt cedar.
