The Kaseler Nies'chen vineyard is a benchmark site alongside the Ruwer, a tributary of the Mosel. Dry, piercing and remarkably linear, it's a mineral-focused white offering delicate pear and grapefruit flavors struck by steel, salt and cooling river rocks.
