Ratti's Conca single-vineyard wine is made only in selected vintages. Aged in small French and large Slavonian oak barrels, the wine is full of aromas of violets and old-fashioned roses. The palate is deliciously open, with ripe fruits, flavors of dark cherries and plums. A dry, tannic layer gives it structure, the acidity gives it freshness.
