Renwood is slowly coming back to life in Amador after having been bought by a group of international investors with interests in Argentina and Uruguay. Premier is a good first step, undoubtedly a powerhouse, bearing smoky, tannic mountain fruit and layers of toffee, blackberry and dark raspberry, with a bass line of spice.
