A little bit strange and unusual on the nose, with roasted meat, young oak, popcorn and only modest fruit aromas. The palate shows pointed cherry, chocolate and some mushroom, while the finish and mouthfeel are shy and not all that substantive. For basic Ribera this is good, but that's as far as it goes.
