Rex Hill 2019 Alloro Vineyard Pinot Noir (Chehalem Mountains)

Fruit for this wine comes from 20-year-old vines in the recently approved Laurelwood appellation. The aromas appeal, with notes of coffee, plum, cherry, cedar and spice. Textural, palate-coating fruit flavors follow, showing depth and layering. It's a gorgeous, fuller style Pinot, mixing fruit and barrel. Sean P. Sullivan
