Reynoso 2016 Sauvignon Blanc (Alexander Valley)

Fermented in a concrete egg, this wine retains and offers plenty of texture. It is a fleshy medium-weight white with the body to stand up to food and a graininess that presents as wet stone minerality. The little bit of oak used in aging gives it a touch of spice. Virginie Boone
