The wine, a blend of Antão Vaz, Arinto and Siria, comes from Vidigueira, one of the cooler regions of the Alentejo. That gives the wine its crispness while also allowing it to have a ripe yellow-fruit character. With its spice and final crisp acidity, the wine is ready to drink.
