Varozza is planted to 50-year-old Zin vines, an unexpected patch of refined goodness in the middle of valley floor land near the Napa River in St. Helena. It expresses waves of complexity and spicy red berry fruit, the different components of which evolve in the glass and should evolve even more in the bottle.
