Robert Biale 2018 R.W. Moore Vineyard Zinfandel (Coombsville)

Cellar Selection

First planted in 1905, this is a relatively cool-climate site that imparts great brightness and tart acidity to the wine. A dark cherry flavor is powerfully represented, alongside baked plum, blackberry and black pepper. A taut structure suggests this will do well with time in bottle. Best from 2028–2033.
