Robert Craig 2011 Affinity Cabernet Sauvignon (Napa Valley)

The 76% Cabernet Sauvignon takes center stage here, supported by 10% Merlot, 10% Petit Verdot, 3% Cabernet Franc and 1% Malbec, most of it grown on the eastern side of Napa below Mount George. Together they offer earthy clove and a brisk, brooding back palate, followed by tight tannins and anise-flecked chocolate. Virginie Boone
