Robert Weil 2021 Kiedrich Gräfenberg Spätlese Riesling (Rheingau)

Intense acidity matches the even more intense flavors of baked pineapple, mango and lemon pith in this blockbuster off-dry white. Minerality fights itself through and emerges on the finish, leaving a long wet stone note. It is hard to put down now, but those who cellar it, will be rewarded. Best after 2026. Aleks Zecevic
