Maison Roche de Bellene 2010 Vieilles Vignes (Vosne-Romanée)

Cellar Selection

This is a new venture by Nicolas Potel, whose family formerly owned Domaine de la Pousse d'Or in Volnay. Made from fruit sourced from 50-year-old vines, this wine is beautifully structured, and it has firm tannins that pair with the fine swaths of juicy flavors of red and black cherries. This is meant for long-term aging. Roger Voss
