Tangy and somewhat austere on the nose, this wine is made from a majority of Cabernet Sauvignon, softened by Pinot Noir, Sangiovese and Zinfandel. Floral in rose petals, the flavors lean toward strawberry, cranberry and orange, the wine refreshing and substantial.
