Rosenblum 2001 Pickett Road Petite Sirah (Napa Valley)

There are few wines that pour as dark as a young Pet. This massive, extracted wine is filled with flavors of plums, blackberries, herbs and unsweetened chocolate. The tannins are considerable, but they're supposed to be. Drink it with rich meats. It will also age for a very long time—maybe forever.
