Dark cherry is the lead aroma, and behind that there's a supporting wave of vanilla and dill. The palate is snappy for a reserve, with clean raspberry and cherry flavors. While we wouldn't call it “lean,” the wine isn't superrich or extracted. So enjoy it now for its medium weight, admirable purity and true Ribera character.
