Ruhlmann NV Signature Jean Charles Brut Sparkling (Crémant d'Alsace)

Editors' Choice

Aromas of petrol, dried apple and fresh chive balance a fresher apple-peel note. On the palate of this wine, bright Granny Smith notes are more prominent, along with suggestions of a deep honey-toffee flavor and more petrol that could come over time. A slightly savory note, like caramelized onions, rounds this wine out nicely. For the price, it could be fun to buy a second bottle of this and let it age. Layla Schlack
