This young Chardonnay is all barrel fermented and has gone completely through malolactic fermentation. It's showing plenty of new oak flavor and a slight bitterness, but the crisp and refreshing acids cut through and give the wine focus and length. The excellent fruit mixes semi-tropical, pineapple and fresh green apple.
