This is Sauvignon Blanc with a 14% blast of Viognier; the combination is vivid and bracing, like a dash through a cold mountain spring. All stainless, no malolactic. It's cool as ice, clear and leesy, and the tart fruit is edged with citrus rind flavors, a nice mix of orange, lemon and lime.
