Running with Bulls 2009 Tempranillo (Barossa)

Editors' Choice

A Yalumba project, Running with Bulls sources Tempranillo from several subregions of the Barossa under the stewardship of winemaker Louisa Rose. The oak here is subtle and well integrated, adding hints of vanilla and spice to the black cherry and plum flavors. It's full-bodied and richly textured, yet soft and welcoming. Joe Czerwinski
