This small-batch gin was made using antique Cognac stills, then aged for one year. It's golden in the glass, with a mild, minty aroma. On the palate, it's notably silky, light and delicate. A smooth vanilla note leads into spearmint and lemon peel, before drying to cayenne and black pepper tingle on the finish. Only 100 cases made, so snap it up while you can.
